In the event that the information you provided is incomplete, a validation may be sent through email as part of VIDAMO order verification requirement. Please be kind enough to respond if you receive an email from sales@vidamo.com.au from sender VIDAMO. If you do not receive any communication from us your order will automatically be processed.

Order validations will be conducted between 10am to 4pm, from Monday to Friday.

After your order is validated, we will email you confirming the delivery of your order.
